Co-Founder
Stuart Favill
After two decades in Local Government, Stuart ventured into the world of events, proudly managing some of the UK’s largest outdoor trade shows. With Rethinking Futures®, he is creating a memorable, hands-on experience that gives young people the confidence and insights into careers at a live event. Having been involved with PlantWorx for over six years, Stuart is excited about connecting students with an industry he’s truly passionate about.
Co-Founder
Vic Boneham
Vic, Co-founder and current Faculty Leader at a local secondary school, brings 20 years of secondary teaching experience and a passion for nurturing young entrepreneurs, innovators, and inventors. While schools work tirelessly to inspire career aspirations, Vic believes young people need real-world experiences to truly envision their futures. Rethinking Futures® bridges this gap between industry & talent in a unique and exciting way.

Project/Technical Lead
John Morrison
Before his thirty-year teaching career, John was a theatre set designer, joiner, and cabinet maker. He has been a head teacher for ten years, including seven as Principal of Lincoln University Technical College, a specialist college for science and engineering. John also serves as a Director of the Lincolnshire Institute of Technology, leading engineering challenges for young people locally and nationally.
